Over Clocking and Lost Password Help

I have Asus A8v Deluxe Mother board and 3200+ x64 AMD processor. (2.0 Ghz)
Since i have overclocked it to 2.5 but i cannot see the speed means i should get some speed but no change.
I have overclocked the processor manually but i m little confused in raising or droping the voltage , plz if any one has done this before than tell me what to do so that i can overclock my processor a little no much ( because i dont have very good cooling system in my cabinet). ———————————————————————————————–
The second Problem is that i have downloaded one PS2 game Super Dragon ball Z it was in 7zip format and has 3 parts , now i forgot the password and cannot unzip it if any one has downloaded it and know the password plz let me know what was that ……

if you downloaded the file from here (wbb) do you still have the rapidshare link? or did you by anychance use IDM?
overclocking can be dangerous but still if u decide to go in for it
