Installing Apps on iTouch

I have my iTouch jailbroken but I was wondering how do I install apps that I download from Rapidshare?
If I downloaded an .ipa file from rapidshare to my laptop, how do i install it to my itouch?

install the appsync patch from cydia, and add the ipas to itunes
