Massive Stuttering in Cutscenes (gameplay fine)

hi guys as the title said its for Batman Arkham City on Pc i google it but i didn’t find any fix any help

if the game is pirated (which i assume it is) than your probably not playing with the disk in, and using a no-cd patch instead – the crack that you downloaded the game with. that is known to cause your issue.
so you can try a different patch or play with the mounted ISO sometimes works. http://gamecopyworld.com/
if thats not the case you may need to update DirectX or graphics drivers.

If playing in dx11 then the game is just borked.

i google it but it look like the problem happening to all the version even those who have the original game
