How do I disable login screen when starting up computer?

I just installed windows 7 Ultimate and updated to the most current. Whenever I try and start the computer, it doesn’t automatically load to the desktop, it shows 1 user account (administrator) with no password. And I have to click that square button every time in order to get access to the desktop. How do I make it where I can make my computer start to the desktop?
Also, I have been having this problem where, I am installing something and it asks for Administrator password, which I don’t have, and it gives me an error. There is also another option above it which I select, but I get an error while installing. How do I fix this problem as well?

Run
Type NETPLWIZ in the box that will appear
Remove check
You will be prompted for username and pwd, leave it empty and click ok.
