How to install a custom firmware in PSP 2004

I buyed ma psp in July last year and i used CFW then i had some hardware porblems with the psp so i gv sony my PSP they have now installerd there official firmware 5.03 and i dont knw hw to install CFW
Can any one guide me step by step how to install the firmware
My PSP model is Slim 2004

follow the guide, but you don’t need the pandora part, just skip it

this didnt helped do knw other ideas
i have downloaded and put 3.71 M33 Firmware on Memory stick but when i insert the pandora battery the green light blinks and there is nothing on screen its blank

you need to do the newest one to make your memory stick, or alternately you can do chickhen.

you need to make a “magic memry stick” (format it in a special way)
you can do this with a tool, it should tell you how in the tutorial

i tried with 4.01 and when i insert the pandora battery(i purchased frm Dealextreme) the psp automatically starts but its just blank screen and green lite is always on the time

i have done 5 of these all ready lol hold down left triger with magic memory card and pandora batery insertted should bring up install menu ps if u still hav probs pm me irle send u the mem card files

i know what you must do turn of your psp and turn it one without battery than turn pandorra to normal battery
and than you can use chicken ill xplain it stap by stap if you want
