Port Fowrard | PLEASE HELP ME !

Hi all. I have Netfaster Iad and i’m trying to forward my ports and make static ip.
I checked out the site for portforwarding but i dont understand what is this… ?

Those are not ports or IPS…They are just TCP/IP for local network allocated to your PC by your router……I have the same TCP IPs…

damn… i understand… i have to pay extra cash to my isp for a static ip
