Ati 5450 cant play 1080p why [Solved]

I have Dell Optiplex 745 SFF Machine tomorrow i purchased Ati 5450 Graphics Card (Low Profile) and installed it but when i play 1080p movie then it can’t play 1080p movie smoothly whats wrong tell me please ???????????
My System Configuration
Dell Optiplex 745 SFF
4.5 GB RAM
2.13 Core 2 Duo Processor
320 GB Hard disk (Western Digital)
19″ LED Samsung

wat is the resolution on you’re monitor or screen?

shouldnt matter about resolution for a video,
what video player are you trying to play it on ?

your Graphics Card has DXVA 1.0 & 2.0 support so you would need k-lite codec pack http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/KLite_Codec_Pack_Full/1094057842/3
download it and install and when installing you must click DXVA

so now when you play any video that uses h.264 it will uses 0%cpu and the Graphics Card will decode it

see using no cpu

Use VLC or windows media player classic!
The newest windows media players sucks btw!
