Skyrim: Delayed Menus – PC

Hey guys,
Only recently after passing around 70 hours game-time, my ‘Favourites’ and ‘Item’ menu have a 5 – 10 second ‘lag’ delay upon clicking. This is a massive inconvenience as it takes away from the ‘feel’ of the game, as everything runs ultra smooth. The lag also occurs when I select a weapon or try and drop or store an item (about a 3 second delay)
If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated.

Clean PC, Defrag, run memcheck, and don’t savegame on cluttered and full partitions.

Its an other inventory system wich is easier and maybe fixes your problem.

Thanks for the replies. I defraged and ran a diagnostic and no errors were found.
I’ll download that mod now.

The inventory is awesome! but is still delayed

Maybe a stupid question but have you installed all patches, 1.3.1 is the latest i think ?

Nah that’s not stupid. I have installed all patches.
It only started happening after about 70 hours gameplay. It’s really odd.

This happens to me when I carry to much items., maby setting the graphics a bit lower?

It hasn’t been a problem with ultra graphics before so I don’t see why it would be now. I might just drop some more items and see what happens.
