how do we determined witch mirror is the best?

Are you referring to the Rapidshare servers? If so, then there are many variables that affect the server’s speed, such as distance from you, server load, etc. I set my premium zone to pick at random and I usually get maximum speeds every time I download

k i will set it at random too then if that doesnt change the speed

yeh i choose random too, but if it seems slow to you, go through the list to find a faster one

Choose Random coz RS picks up the best server for you automatically…

well if u own a premium account just select random as choice 1, same for choice 2.
if a free user i prefer teleglobe
