Call of Duty World at War and Windows 7 RC1 64bit

Hello,
I have problem with starting CoD5 on Win7, well i start this game but i can run it for max 2 minutes then game goes “Unhandled exception caught” ..
first i had problem with PunkBuster but then i solved this ..
now “Unhandled exception caught”..
i tried to install DX9c from installation disc – nothing changed
reinstalled graphics drivers few times – nothing changed
fallowed instructions for sound problems (for vista) – nothing changed
now i wil try to reinstall game .. will post updates if u had same problem with original CoD5 and u solved this issue please help me :S i dont have more ideas what to look for :S

I had windows 7 build 7057 32bit and when i started cod5 – black screen and error.. Now I have upgraded to 7068 and for first time i ran it and the same error. So i changed sound to 16bit 44100 Hz (CD Quality) and it WORKS great ! I tryed to play 5 minutes and everything is ok.
My english is much worst then your sorry.

EDIT:
i did reinstall game too, now game runs like 5 min then again error “unhandeled exception caught” ..
