wireless strength?

Anyone knows any app that can show the strength of the wireless signal? XP dont give accurate results…

Well, i guess the utility that is bundled wid ur wifi adapter shoes the signal strength. If not, then u should use 3rd party softwares like the one mentioned

Download WIFI Signal Strength 1 it will display the single strength of your wireless network.

If you want to know the strength of the actual signal you’re receiving, it’s pretty hard to get an accurate result, because the strength of the signal is always fluctuating.

Most of the manufactures provide one. Just search through your hp directroy for example

If you’re talking about a laptop, most makers have built-in wi-fi detection/strength apps. My Toshiba has an app that looks like a radar that shows available networks and signal strength.
