Question about playing bluray movie

December 8th, 2020

Hey guys Our new TV is coming tommorow so i wanne connect my 9800GX2 to it.My question is can i just burn a blu ray movie on a dvd or will it work when i play the move using my pc?Is the quality good?
Answer #1
it was my understanding that blueray was way way bigger than Dvd, 70gig file size isnt it? i dont maybe im smoken crack or something but if that is the case id say that alot of files wouldnt fit on a normal DVD and if they did there would be no point in having the blueray becasue the quality can fit on a smaller disc
Answer #2
Its true that they are 70 gb but why can we download such movies on wbb?
Answer #3
blu ray movies are 4.7gb in avi form. on the blu ray disc there about 30gb or something like that.
If u have a HD movie on your pc why wud u burn it to dvd then play it from your pc to your tv.
Just dont burn it onto a disc just stream it into your tv from your pc
Answer #4
Oke i will connect my pc with the tv and hope it works
Answer #5
Well a single layer blue ray disc is 25Gb and a dual layer is 50Gb and its probably better to link up your comp to your T.V to watch blu-ray movies that you have downloaded, rather than transcoding them and burning them and burning to dvd imo
