Probelm with computer

I have two problems to ask:
1) I just bought a new samsung monitor that has HDMI port. Normally I use VGA but since my graphic card has HDMI port as well, so I tried plug HDMI to HDMI cable and it works fine. The problem happens when I turn off my computer. When I turn it on again, my monitor cant detect the connection eventhough the PC is already turned on. I need to press the reset button then only my monitor detects the connection.
P.S: I’m using windows 7 64 bit, AMD Radeon HD5850.
2) Next is when I lock my computer for the night. When I log in again the next day, its like the “select”(aka similar to mouse left click) is spammed. 1 way to solve this that i use is lock it again and leave it for a while before logging back in. This happens after I installed Razer synapse because i bought a razer keyboard.
Any solution for both of my problem above? and help is useful.

go in to monitor setting. then select input HDMI option.
