Help for HTC Trophy 7

Hi, i have HTC Trophy 7 and now, when removed from the pc has displayed this message:

every time when i try to power phone i got this message
i try to Hard Reset but not have function, how to fix this problem?

Can’t see the image properly as it doesn’t load
just upload to other image host and post

Right-Click in small square and go Open Image in New Tab and you can see image because i try to upload in tinypic and imagechack but i have same problem
