Problem Loading Page

I am using Windows XP and I have used Firefox and IE still same result. Also I am using onboard graphics card. My Internet Provider is Comcast. Basically on my desktop computer I am unable to access dell.com, si.com for some examples but other websites are fine. I can access these sites on my mobile phone and laptop both using wi-fi. So I think it has something to do with my computer. Any suggestions?

check your hosts file for particular entries of websites which appear to be blocked and also check firewall and individual browser settings for entries restricting access to those sites which you mentioned

Maybe you require Java runtime environment for running those websites so install java and see if you can open those sites

I never had this problem I feel like until I switched ISP. I will check firewall but that is about all I know how to do. I can Google how to do the rest so I can figure this out.
