How to disable or enable USB Ports in Windows 7

How I can diable the My usb Ports in windows 7 expect the one for my Modem. Or USB port will work only for my selected devices.

Euhm I think you can access your USB devices by right clicking Computer icon on desktop and then select manage. Then a new window opens click device manager and then click to spend universal serial bus. If you then right click e�again it gives you the option to disable some usb drives.
