Phone gone chinese after android update!

So I just updated my Xperia mini with the android 2.1 and upon restart everything is in chinese, and i cant figure out where to go in the menus to find to change the language, and i dont know anyone who can read chinese either!
is there anything i can do to change it to english?

I suggest you grab a copy of “morelocale 2.apk”
This is what I had to do for my HTC EVO here in china.. (imported US sprint one, as not available locally)
its the only way that I can change in to English as the native local settings only show a Chinese setting.. Then do a screen snap of it the applications thumb nail with a camera and keep it somewhere handy.. as I can tell you from experience.. once it goes back in to Chinese and you haven’t got a native reader around you.. lol.. its all gibberish to me..
