go to the lappy’s website under support or downloads and find your drivers using the model number

Do as edwoodweb said. Go to link below, click Download and find the model number. You should find all the drivers that you need.

Your laptop probably has a partition with a backup which you can restore back to factory settings and delete everything else. Check if you have one.
