Downloading Console Games?

I was thinking about downloading GTA V for my xbox 360, but i was wondering how i play it on my xbox? Do i Need a 16+gb disk, or do i have to “jailbreak” it?
Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask.

If you have the orginal xbox you must flash your dvd-rom to play pirate games…

it might be better to pay someone to do it mate, as its only cheap. you could break the console if you dont know what you are doing.
