I have this port and I’m not sure what it’s for. Thank you for your help.

Sorry, I looked on the giant list of image sites and it was on there.
Anyway, I have a USB/eSATA combo port on the other side.

Thats the HDMI cable port. You can use it to connect it to HDTVs and the like.
