Virus even though no crack and virustotal used

So I downloaded a trainer from http://www.code5.de/downloads-id2253-amnesia-dark-descent-trainer-6.html.
I ran virustotal -> no virii found.
I run it.
My harddisk works. No window. Nothing. Run it again. Harddisk works shortly. Nothing.
Sh.it.
What now?

Go in Safe Mode, run Malwarbeytes and chill

Yes this is Trojan like behavior, but it could also be a corrupted file. Do as said before go to safe mode run malware bytes and see if it detects anything. There is nothing more you can do, so there is no sense in getting worked up and paranoid.
