How To Resize A PDF’s Dimensions?

I have a PDF file that I’m looking to print as a hard copy book, but the dimensions are off for printing purposes. How can I change the PDF’s dimensions? I’m using Acrobat Pro, btw.

Generally you don’t modify documents with Acrobat, you modify them with the original program it was created in, then export to PDF.
There should be print sizing options when you go to print however.

This is a document that I downloaded and trying to have printed professionally.

Just take the PDF file to a printing service on most any USB storage device and they can re-size the pages to print the dimensions you require. (as stated)
