Mount / Modify Unix Ext3 Partition HDD in Windows 8

i have already tried Paragon ExtFS but it gets hanged and terminated while transferring files from one hardisk to another. So is there any other choice how can i get it done ?

I’d say using a Linux Live CD would be the best approach!
Also, I wouldn’t be too quick to blame it on paragon if I were you (As it might be an issue with the HDD/s itself causing it!)
Better get it checked with hard disk sentinel to be on the safe side.
