Cannot open certain website

Hi
I am using a laptop running Windows 7. I used to access a particular site without problem but lately I found that I cannot open that particular website using Internet Explorer 10 or Chrome. I can access other sites without problem.
I tried deleting my cache on the laptop and restart my laptop but still didn’t help
I can access that particulate website with my iPad .
Please help !

The website is uwants.com. The message on the screen is <meta name = “de

maybe your Anti-virus just updated and blocking that site.

I have Kaspersky and malwarebytes running simpledns resolver and no problem. you might want to configure with google dns to avoid your isp block if any. ran google translate with no issues.

Thanks ! This is a Hong Kong website so the language is Chinese. How do we know whether the antivirus blocked this site ?

if you use chrome you can install ZenMate extension and easily go to any website through proxy. As you mentioned that its a Hong Kong website, it has a Hong Kong proxy that you can use to access this site.

By the way when the web page did not open I pressed “refresh” and the following message appears

Any clue ?
EDIT: installed Zenmate but still cannot access the website
