When I visit warez-bb, this specific ip address hits my system about 3 times per minute. Blocked by Malwarebytes.
1-Where in IE 8 settings can I add this ip to be blocked all the time?
2-Any ideas what this means from the ip address??

Could this be related to the ads? Internet Explorer is a bad browser, you should change to a more efficient one.
Maybe you can use Windows Firewall to block the IP or install a decent AV that will do that as well.
