Looking for a progam!

I am looking for a program so i can have a data for all my customers – project i did for them and with all the details (money i got- date- project details)
and when i will search for that client to know how many projects i did for him and how much money i got from him.
Maybe Microsoft Access is good for what i need but i cant find the pro edition.
Can someone give me some advises here?
