Jackie chan cartoon keeps appearing

either the actual site or the voice of a jackie chan cartoon keeps showing up on my computer, or some commercial comes out of nowhere and plays and most times i cant find it but i can hear it. i have Microsoft Security Essentials installed.
can anyone help what is the best way to get rid of it.

also, i have a cracked copy of windows 7 that i have used for 2 years now, does anyone know if Microsoft® Windows® Malicious Software Removal Tool will detect that? thanks.
