The forum has been spammed by someone who uses compromised accounts and spams the TV, Movie and Ebooks with files that contain that for months now and sadly there is not much we can do to stop them other then to remove the topics as fast as we can when we spot them posting.
You can avoid them in the TV Section by only downloading from members that have a long history of posting topics/uploads.
You can avoid them in the movie section as they only post movies that are obvious fakes.
You can avoid them in the Ebook section by again only downloading from someone with a long history of posting topics/uploads.
One last thing, if you spot a suspicious file .exe where it shouldn’t be never run it and report the topic.
Answer #2
Movies and TV shows, should mostly end avi or mp4 these days.
Never download a video that has .exe on the end.
Or is in a rar, check file extensions before clicking on them.
But as pointed out, stick with the trusted uploaders.

Seriously, and no real offnese meant:
The file 'C:\Users\Downloads\Compressed\Californication.S07E09.HDTV.XviD-AFG.exe'
That one is entirely your fault – there are many warnings about not downloading videos as exe files.
If it happens, report the post – WBB cleans these out quickly.

Sad that the admins have to bust thier butts trying to keep this forum clean, they work so hard trying to keep these Idiots from posting all this garbage it takes away time they can use to make many improvements to keep this forum up for us.. Thanks for all the hard work guys…
Answer #5
true cant blame the site for your own lack of knowledge when it comes to downloading
Answer #6
Now your learned the hard way that a video format does not end in .exe
If there any .exe in a movie rar then you know its a virus. Remember there are legit movie that come in a .rar
You opened it without much knowledge so like Tidy. Cant blame it on anyone. AV wont go crazy and quarantine/remove a infected file while its in a .rar unless you extracted or opened it.
Run multiple scan with malwarebyte and spybot. Or other program good luck.
