And what equipments do I need to record the gameplay and the gameplay sound?
The technical specs for all of the capture cards seem same to me so buy which ever one you want. You can record the video with just the capture card on its own, when you connect the composite cable to the capture card and then to your PC or laptops USB port, you will get video on your capturing software and you can just hit the record button from there but it will be hard to see on a small screen and the video also lags sometimes while recording so its best if you get RCA splitters and RCA cables to split the video into two streams, one going into the TV and another to your PC or laptop so you can record the video on your PC while playing on it on the TV.

yes you need 3 female to male splitters and 1 RCA cable.
mate just get a dassle card you can use it easy and does 1080p and hd plus new ones use hdmi ports and are cheap to get
