anyone knows any software like netlimiter?

I have windows 8.1 and currently I have netlimiter 4 and in 4 days it will be expired so I want an alternative software like netlimiter but with these functions. I already tried netbalancer but it doesn’t have few functions I want.
basicalyl I want these functions/features marked in red boxes.
bandwidth monitor/limiter (of each process/each connection/ in entire computer)
