hello guys.
I have a problem on the PC .. can not install antivirus and can not find (Task Manager) .. when I try to install antivirus or to go in RegEdit can not enter because the displayed (Registry Editor) – Registry editing been disabled by your Administrator. can you help me please ..

If this doesn’t help you then download Windows XP SP3 UNTOUCHED ISO and install it… It’s obvious that you have some issues with that Windows XP copy (is it modified?)

reg editor and task manager disabled by your administrator, its some malware or trojan. my pc got effected by it many a times, usually comes when you use a storage device affected by autorun.inf trojan. use any av to heal, if not installing a fresh copy of windows might help

there’s a lot of bootable antivirus programs out there, your first port of call should be one of those.
Simply to make sure your computer isn’t infected.
Your last resort should be to reinstall windows, since you have 2 options mentioned to you in this post, you should try them both before reinstalling
