Nod32 says signature database is up to date but it’s clearly not true

August 3rd, 2016

Hi there,
Nod32 didn’t update for a few days now and every time i hit the update button it tries to connect to ESET’s servers but then stops and writes “The virus signature is up to date” while i know for sure that’s not true ! how?….
According to ESET”s website, the last update is: 13438 May-04-2016, 20:10 CEST (UTC/GMT +02:00)
I’m clearly missing a dozen updates
I think ESET detected this tempered release and stopped providing me updates. Nod32 version 8.0.312

Clear the update cache.
Also the “up to date” check withen eset is actually based on the computers date and time. So ensure that the date is correct on your pc.
