Questionable virus

as riskware/malware gamehack, which of course it is a gamehack, fair enough. does anyone have knowledge if they are active in the malware function or confine their function to the game?
unless i’m mistaken, those files contain the modified ones to prevent steam from flagging as “” and blocking play. No different than a modified .exe startup file.
