how can i restore again my ipod 5th gen to its original settings. my iPod displays a sad iPod icon…

Download itunes (google) and then install it. Connect your ipod to the computer and click on your ipod on left hand side…
Then there should be 2 options. Update and Restore. you want to click the restore button and the process is simple from there
