Need help (open new topic)

Where can I open a new thread to put a list of all eBooks that I have.
I know that there is a special part of the ebook, but I’m not sure if I may make my list there.
generally open threads for the request or offer eBooks,
would not want to infringe a rule.
but i have a mega big collection ebook,and wanted to put a list, have to share with others.
