Can you open cmd?
You need only to open comand promt nd type:
sfc /scannow
You can also use the Startup Repair tool repair or replace any operating system files. When you boot the DVD, click on the Repair your computer link on the bottom-left of the Install Windows window.

and go to cmp nd type
sfc /scannow
