Good sites/ways/vids to learn photoshop?

Almost every single tutorship site I have been to either demands premium, is spammy, or is completely useless.
Does anyone know any good non – premium sites to learn Photoshop? Or any video tutorials? Or any resource at all?

Lynda or Lydia or something that starts with an L. There are also other ones that are probably better. I have no idea how to anything with photoshop but those are the best.

I also was trying to remember..its so many years ago, but when i saw the question the name Alexa came up my mind. I think its Alexa, try google Alexa learning. If its wrong try Linda or Lucia lol

Alexa shows results too, but now i think i remember using Lynda many years ago.
