wireless security help

This is my router wireless security settings :

Now after i set my settings in my laptop,i get this window:

What should i enter in the username,password & domain window.Please help.
My laptop is Windows Vista 32 bit.

Did u configured u r “wireless network” settings on laptop?
I guess u shud get a different window .. so that u can connect using the network pass key u entered..

Reset your system so it has no configuration. Then set it up again, same with your router…

sorry bro cant reset the router..it stays at ma neighbours palce….we share the same connection…n d problem is that he is out of town for a few weeks…isnt there any other option…please look at the router settings page i posted on top…and try to figure out something…what possibly could be the domain…
