Wireless internet

Me and my sister both share our wireless internet. And its slow -.-
Is there a program that i can use that will let me set the maximum download speed of her PC, from my computer? thanks, .

Try Netlimiter. I’m not so sure about it but it should come in handy if you want to limit here internet speed. You can get it here:

Also, if you haven’t done it yet then set up a DMZ for your own IP address. It will redirect internet actions to your IP and will prevent IP conflicts. That might increase your internet speed. You can set up a DMZ in your router configuration. Good luck mate ^_^

You have to search a bit around Netlimiter options and find the option that allows you to limit download speed! Think its right click on system tray icon!
Make sure you do it on the pc you want to limit!
