Windows Vista Not connecting to the internet

Hi all. I have a laptop thats just back from being fixed. Its a Windows Vista Home Premium. It connected fine to the internet before it went away and now its not connecting to my router although my other laptop is. Any ideas?? The security type is a wpa-personal with a TKIP encryption type but i doubt its that as my one and another one i borrowed connects fine!!! Thanks!!

Have you ever thought about installing drivers?! (WLAN and LAN)?!
And who on world use crappy Vista when there is Windows 7?!

It just shows up that it cannot connect due to a timeout. Would love to update it to Windows 7 but its my mother thats using it and for some bizarre reason doesnt like Windows 7!! Which driver should i install? Its not an updated version of vista ie they didnt wipe it when they fixed it!

Well you need to know model of laptop, then go to manufacturers website, download WLAN driver (Wireless), install and that is it!
