Windows Media Server(WMS) Configuration Help Needed.

Folks,
I want to live stream/broadcast a video. I have installed Windows 2003 Server with Windows Media Services. But unable to create the publishing point. It shows some error.
Anyone please help /guide me thestep by step procedure to create a sucessful publishing point for live streaming/broadcasting.
Its very urgent.

I have installed the Windows Media Services. And When ever I try to create a new live stream publishing point, it shows error “Can’t create publishing point” while finish the wizard.
