Ps3 media server help?

well i set it up and all and my ps3 recognizes it but when i go through all the files and go to documents on my ps3 it says no titles, i just want to watch movies thats all
i used the program called ps3 media server
again im a noob so talk to me like a 5 year old

Press triangle and select display all with X

Thanks anyways but I already got it working i messed around with it and I restarted the server thanks tho
