windows 7 makes me problems

January 21st, 2020

I have a laptop running windows 7.
I want to save a DVD movie to my hard drive.
I have tried several converters, and they worked fine on my old laptop, but now when I click the ‘add video’ instead of showing the movie, it shows AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders. And in the video folder is a bunch of VTS files.
How do I get the converter soft ware to see the whole movie instead of these individual vts files?
I’ve tried iWisoft, Cheetah DVD, Convert X, and any Video Converter.
Thanks for any help.

Just extract the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS files to your HDD then mux them together with VirtualDub.

DVDDecirter is a free ripping program and it has a setting that allows you to rip the full movie instead of split files http://www.dvddecrypter.org.uk/
i use it my self as im a big bootleg buff and its never given my problems its always in sync from my experience as well
