Which one??
Are these for gaming because the gt 430 is not a gaming card. But between the two get the Titan, its the more powerful of the two and is cheaper.

First off, why would you pay more for an old i7 when the new i7 is cheaper?
Second, why buy such a beefy computer with such a crappy video card?
Bottom line, their both not a good deal, but obviously the Sandy Bridge is by far a better deal.
Of course, you’ll get the best deal if you build your own PC.
Don’t take the overclocking, do it yourself. It’s so simple these days. Just overclock and bench and check for stability.
However, if you do get the sandybridge i5 2500k as it is better (stock) than the 950 and you must but a stronger graphics card like a HD 6950/GTX 570 if you’re an enthusiast gamer. If you don’t get those cards due to money issues, get a GTX 460 at least, or else you would have wasted money on such a system.
