As for me, I prefer nVidia for various aspects. If I were to choose, I would go for the GTX 670
I recently bought myself a GTX 770

Nvidia 760(~Nvidia 670).that extra GB wont Help You(only when the resolution is higher than 1920*1080)

their both good cards but i rather get 7950 because of the extra 1 gb and the memory interface. games being made now a days are big memory hogs so if you want smooth performance in the long run get amd. if not get nvidia but remember when games need more memory from their graphic cards you wont have it for nvidia, with amd you will. make sure you got a good psu for amd cause their kinda power hogs, for min settings is 225W. but who knows for max settings espically games like battlefield, the higher settings on the game the more power the graphic card needs.

For BF4 AMD is the best option since the game is supported by AMD this time. Also 7950 is a beast of a card. Generally AMD cards are cheaper, you get more value for your money and the cards are more OC resistible.
