Where to advertise my blog?

Ok so i have set-up my blog and its all ready to go. I have been looking around and i can’t really seem to find site where i can post my blog and generate traffic.. If anyone has some link to site i can post that would be great. The blogis about music news..

What about the www function in your profile options or even your sig? Is there a place better than wbb to advertise ?

Find a tutorial on how to add it to google, so google will crawl it and add it up to the search engine and start getting on the first few pages.
