Where do I put downloaded apps for my jailbroken ipod?

Just to make sure Im not going to screw myself, if for example, I download games for my ipod off of this website, I can just drag them into the “apps” section of itunes right? (assuming my ipod is jailbroken) I just want to make sure I dont screw myself. Thanks!

you have to patch your mobileinstallation file
i think it can be done through cydia
you then need to install any single legit app from the apple store (free) before you can install cracked apps
