Jailbroken iPod Touch

I thinking of getting an iPod Touch 2g soon, but as you probably know the 2g cant be jailbroken yet, and according to the iphone dev team it may be quite some time before an easy exploit is found.
My question:
What is there that you can get with Cydia/Installer that makes it worth jailbreaking? i realize you can get the app store apps free, but what other apps are there that you cant get from the app store?

edit: i have a 30gb 5g video atm
well you can get apps that will let you all out customize your iPod, you can get different themes, backgrounds, icons, battery images, menu images, sliders, etc
you can get apps that will make it so you can hide apps, respring easily and a lot more I just can’t think of it atm
but you should really jailbreak it’s awesome
will do once a jailbreak is out for the 2g, just not sure if im going to get one before a jailbreak is figured out
I recommend you jailbreak. I was a sceptic but now I am a lover! haha. Regardless the jailbreak lets you do 1000x more then regular iPod lets you do. for instance you can add game/apps free, its illegal but you can. You can also as stated above customize everything. You could google to find out also
