What is the best graphic card for 70 euros budget?

I got some money on betting and my graphic card is pretty old so i was wondering which one is the best for 70 euros max,i know is not that big budget but still better something than nothing.Hope you guy can help me to pick best

Your best bet is to look for a used GFX at that budget.

First off, I said get a used GPU, not a new one.
I also said don’t get anything lower in the tier than the GTX 450.

If you look over on the ATI side you will find cheaper GPU’s.
