No you dont have a graphics card. You have an integrated graphics chip that is soldered on to the board.

I have to disagree with both or more accurately it is not knowable from what you have displayed. you might just have integrated graphics and/or a n additional graphics card. you need to:
a.open the side of your case, if a pc or desktop and see if you have a card with video output/connections. you can actually look at the back anf look below the onboard connections, i.e. usb, mouse, keyboard, video and see if additional video connections are present.
b. goto, ctrl pa, system, device manager, display adapters. if more than one you have more than one. both need drivers.

AMD Radeon HD 6310

Integrated graphics in a laptop according to that link..no dedicated memory, shared only.
